100-Day Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of Célesta Haus jewelry. That’s why we offer a 100-day replacement warranty on all of our pieces—starting from the day you receive your order.

If your jewelry experiences any stone loss, discoloration, material defects, or significant wear within this period, we will repair or replace it to ensure your satisfaction.

How It Works

  1. Report an issue – Contact us to initiate a warranty claim contact@celestahaus.com
  2. Provide proof – Submit clear photos of the issue for our team to review.
  3. Assessment – We may request additional details or ask you to ship the item to us.
  4. Resolution – Upon approval, we will repair or replace your piece with the same item or a comparable alternative.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with the warranty claim:

  • USA & Canada: Flat rate of $15 USD
  • International: Flat rate of $23 USD

What’s Covered?

  • Stone Loss: If any gemstones become loose, fall out, or are damaged.
  • Material Defects: Including rusting, corrosion, tarnishing, or drastic discoloration under normal wear.
  • Gold Plating Wear: If the plating significantly fades within the warranty period.

Example: If your piece changes color or is damaged due to accidental exposure to perfumes or chemicals, we will gladly replace it.

Jewelry Care & Warranty Responsibility
